STACKMODERNE
AMF MISSION ENGINEERING

Your AI should not merely work. It should satisfy its mission

Stack Moderne diagnoses, experiments and engineers the smallest intelligence realization justified by your constraints — with evidence bound to the exact system identity.

STARTING POINT
An AI system already in production
A prototype that has plateaued
A private, sovereign or air-gapped requirement
A business mission with no imposed architecture
01 / DELIVERABLE

A practical recommendation backed by real tests.

The mission separates measured facts, scientific interpretation and qualification decisions. It may recommend retaining the existing system as readily as repairing, replacing or continuing the search.
RETAIN

The current system satisfies the declared gates. Do not replace it without evidence.

REPAIR

A bounded intervention corrects the deficit without rebuilding the entire stack.

REPLACE

Another materialization offers a better-justified trade-off.

CONTINUE SEARCH

Evidence determines the next experiment without promising a premature result.

REFUSE

No tested realization satisfies the mission within the authorized limits.

INCONCLUSIVE

The data or contract is not yet sufficient for a defensible decision.

02 / MISSION FLOW

Set success criteria before running experiments.

Scope is bounded first. Expensive experiments begin only after the baseline and Failure Map are sufficiently informative.
01

Contract

Required result, constraints, risks, data, budget and stopping conditions.

02

Baseline

Measurement of the current system or reference control.

03

Failure Map

Failure regions, hypotheses and missing information.

04

Interventions

Minimal experiments across data, model, representation, verification, composition or runtime.

05

Evidence

Receipts, metrics, limitations, collateral effects and integrity.

06

Decision

Bounded verdict and next admissible action.

03 / HARD CONSTRAINTS

Your budget, privacy and reliability needs shape the solution.

Latency, memory, confidentiality, OOD behavior, operational explainability, cost, availability and authority may change the entire realization.
Private / sovereign
Air-gapped
Latency bounded
Memory bounded
Fail-closed
Auditable authority
MISSION BRIEF

Tell us what the AI needs to achieve

No protected dataset or secret is requested. The first brief only determines whether the problem and its constraint level fit an AMF mission.

Describe the mission
04 / QUESTIONS

What an AMF mission promises — and refuses to promise.

01Do we need an existing model or prototype?

No. A mission may start from a deployed system, a blocked prototype or a new business requirement. The starting point is the required outcome and constraints, not a preferred model.

02Do you promise every mission will produce a qualified solution?

No. AMF may conclude that no candidate satisfies the contract, that evidence is insufficient or that search should stop. A bounded refusal is more valuable than an unjustified deployment.

03Can you work with private data or isolated infrastructure?

Yes, within an agreed envelope. Sensitive data must not be sent through the public form. Access, location and evidence roles are scoped separately.

04Is the deliverable just a report?

No. Depending on scope, a mission produces an actionable decision, measurements, executed experiments, a candidate realization when justified, an Evidence Package and the next admissible action.
